HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE

First, register

Registration begins Sept 6th and will stay open through the official start date of the challenge: Sept 25. That’s TWO 1/2 full weeks to enter the challenge and get ready to rock.

Once you register your account you’ll get a login to access our members community. There you’ll find many reasources about health and fitness to get you prepped for the challenge.

IMPORTANT DATES

Sept 6 – 25: Challenge Registration Open

Registration for the STRONG Fitness Transformation Challenge will open starting Sept 6th and stay open through Sept 25 – the official Start Date of the Challenge. If you’re going to enter the Challenge, you’ll need to do it in this window.

Sept 25 – 26: Before Photo Submission

To be eligible to win the grand prize you must submit your before photos. More details will be emailed to you the day the challenge begins on how to submit your photos. Be prepared to take a front, side, and back photo.

Sept 25 – Dec 18: Time to Work Hard!

Once you’ve registered for the Challenge and are set on the program you’re following, next is the time to push it. This is the main stretch of the Challenge, so you have these 12 weeks to work hard, stay focused and build the body of your dreams. And by doing so, you’ll get a shot at winning the Grand Prize, or prizes for the other top places.

Dec 18 – 20: Final Submission Period

The Transformation Challenge officially ends on Dec 18 – and we’re allowing up to 2 more days to take and submit your “before” and “after” pictures to be eligible for the Grand Prize… So MAKE SURE to get your After pictures taken and submitted – along with your Before pictures – by this date.

After Dec 20th, we’ll close down the contest for submissions and our judges will begin going through each challenge entry. It’s a tough job, so we’re allowing a full week to get through everyone’s submission.

Dec 27: Announce Winners

On Dec 27, we’ll announce the winners of the 2017 STRONG Fitness Transformation Challenge on this page, on social media, and through the STRONG Fitness Mag email list… This is NOT the day to miss!

What is the price to join the challenge?

What happens after I register?

You’ll officially be entered in the challenge. You’ll be eligible to win the prizes. A login will be sent to you and details on how to access the STRONG Training Center along with all the other bonus items.

Do I need a gym membership?

There are thousands of workouts in the training center. You can choose to do whichever workouts you want. Some take place in a gym setting and some take place at home. Some require no equipment and some do. This is your chance to try new workouts and discover fun new training techniques.

I’m on a plant based diet. Can I still follow the plan?

Yes, you may join the challenge but our meal plan that we include with the challenge includes a variety of meat sources. However, you can follow your own nutrition plan along with the workouts in the training center. You can still access the $294 in bonuses.

How is the winnner selected?

On Sept 25 an email will be sent out with details on taking your before photos (front, side, back). We will also ask you to submit a brief explanation about why you wanted to join the transformation challenge. On Dec 18th, the official ending of the challenge, we’ll ask you to submit your after photos (front, side, back) along with a brief description of how the challenge has helped you and your experience. Based on your before and after and your story our judges (the whole strong team) will select a winner based on who they feel best represents the true meaning of being STRONG.  Our mission is to motivate, educate and empower women to achieve a fit and healthy life.
