Dr. Christine Wu helped us finish 2024 STRONG. Appearing in our last issue of the year, she shared her approach to fitness that invites women everywhere to join a sisterhood where their journey is seen, supported, and celebrated. Using her E3 System—focused on Education, Empowerment, and Embodiment—Christine encourages women to build a life that’s vibrant, fulfilling, and uniquely theirs. Now, this 4x Fitness Model Champion, and 2x Masters Fitness Model Champion is helping us kick off 2025 by reminding us to celebrate the journey of aging with grace and strength. “I’m not trying to be who I was decades ago; instead, I’m embracing the woman I’ve become. With each passing year, I’m more focused on honoring the life stages that have shaped me, using the wisdom I’ve gained to stay fit and healthy—not just for myself, but for my family,” she explains. Christine says learning how to push her limits while staying true to the essence of graceful aging has been a game changer and she’s excited about continuing to share her journey, hoping to inspire others to see that aging isn’t something to fear, but a powerful chapter to embrace.
“I’m more focused on honoring the life stages that have shaped me, using the wisdom I’ve gained to stay fit and healthy—not just for myself, but for my family.”
Whether you’re dealing with perimenopause, managing a chronic condition, or simply trying to take better care of your health, Christine wants women to know that they’re not alone. “When I ruptured a disc, my world came to a standstill. The simplest movements were agonizing, and I found myself grappling with a body that no longer felt like my own. That year was one of the toughest times of my life, but it taught me something profound—true healing doesn’t come from pushing yourself to the limit; it comes from nurturing yourself through life’s most difficult moments,” Christine says. As she slowly recovered, Christine focused on gentle movements and patient self-care, realizing that her journey was about more than just physical recovery. It was about finding strength and resilience in the face of life’s inevitable changes, in whatever form they arise. Especially in midlife. “Like so many women, I’ve faced the uncertainty of perimenopause, with its shifting hormones, unpredictable symptoms, and the sense that your body is changing in ways you can’t control. But what I am of aware of through this journey is that we do have the power to navigate these changes with grace and confidence. The same principles that helped me recover from injury—mindful movement, compassionate self-care, and the support of a like-minded community—are the keys to thriving in the midst of any health challenge.” If you’re ready to take control of your health, embrace your body’s changes, and move forward with confidence, Christine invites you to join her. “Let’s walk this path together and discover the incredible power we hold within ourselves,” she says.
