Pancake mix from a box was fine when you were a kid, but now that you’re a little more grown up (and a lot more health conscious) that refined, processed stuff just won’t do. But that doesn’t mean you should have to give up one of your favorite Saturday morning meals. This recipe from No Excuses! 50 Healthy Ways to Rock Breakfast (available at urockgirl.com) not only crams in 13 grams of protein, it also delivers on healthy fats with a bit of satisfying sweetness. Move over Aunt Jemima, this batter is better.
