Packed with a powerful combo of carbs, protein and healthy fats, this shake is ideal for breakfast fuel, or to satisfy a mid-day hunger craving. Either way, it will provide enough energy to get you through your busy day.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Makes 1 serving

½ cup low-fat milk
1 ½ Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
½ Tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana
1 cup ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Nutrients per serving (16 fl oz):

Fat: 13 g
Carbs: 56 g
Protein: 12 g
Fiber: 5 g
