As a working mom of four and an IFBB Pro bikini competitor, resistance training is not only a cornerstone of my competition prep but an important part of my self-care. However, scheduling time to train can be difficult. So, it’s important to have the right equipment to train at home when life gets extra busy. The addition of the Vimexciter—a multifunctional folding power rack—to my home gym has been a game-changer, not just for myself but for my family in terms of keeping us on track with our fitness goals.
Smart, Savvy, Space-Saving Design
One of the standout features of the Vimexciter is the space-saving design. It offers over 80 exercise options through the combination of a Smith Machine, Power Cage Rack, Cable Crossover Machine, Gym Squat Rack, Pull Up Bar, and Cable Fly System all in one foldable piece of equipment. It has significantly expanded our home exercise options without taking up much room in our small home gym. Plus, switching between exercises and changing resistance using the cables is easy, which minimizes downtime and keeps momentum going during workouts. It’s a great addition to any home gym, especially for those who are tight on space but don't want to compromise on their fitness goals.

Trusted, Tested, Teenager-Proof Durability
The machine’s durability and safety guarantees are particularly important, especially as my 15-year-old twin boys have recently started weight training. The extensive safety testing includes a destructive test, a high temperature test, a salt spray test, a drop box test, and a cable rigidity test. Knowing that my kids are using a durable and robust piece of equipment gives me reassurance of their safety as well as the longevity of the machine!
Versatile, Goal-Oriented Resistance Levels and Attachments
The Vimexciter also accommodates various fitness levels and goals. Whether you're a seasoned athlete like myself, just starting your fitness journey, or somewhere in between, this machine offers something for everyone. Its adjustable resistance levels and multiple attachment options allow for a personalized workout experience, catering to different strengths and fitness objectives. This adaptability means that as our fitness levels evolve and change, the Vimexciter can continue to meet our needs, making it a long-term investment in our health and fitness.

A Comprehensive Solution For Home Training
Overall, the Vimexciter is a comprehensive solution for anyone looking to maintain or improve their health and fitness from the comfort of their own home. For busy families like mine, it offers a good balance of functionality, safety, and convenience. Whether you're aiming to enhance your competitive edge, like me, or simply striving to stay active and healthy, the Vimexciter can support your fitness goals. If you value convenience and versatility when it comes to your fitness, you’ll easily find this piece of equipment transformational and well worth the $1299 USD price tag. Adding it to our family’s home gym has ensured we all stay on track with our fitness goals, no matter how hectic life gets.
PROS
+ This was so, so easy to set up! The manual detailed exactly how to install it with step by step instructions and included pictures with exact measurements.
+ There is extensive safety and durability testing on each piece of the machine so I know it will last, and it makes me feel comfortable letting my teens use it.
+ The folding design allows you to maximize space in your home gym area. It’s incredibly easy to open and close the folding doors and they feel very stable when locked into working position.
+ Adjusting the position of the cable and the bar is smooth and quick, allowing for easy transitions and making your workout time extremely efficient.
+ The resistance bands are easily changed in and out, allowing for quick adjustments between exercises.
CONS
– I’ll need to purchase extra resistance bands in order for it to be heavy enough to perform squats and traditional deadlifts, but that may not be necessary for everyone.
